Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, also known as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), is an emergency treatment used to maintain oxygenated blood supply to vital organs such as the brain during cardiac arrest in the hope of restoring spontaneous heartbeat and breathing. The main steps include chest compressions, open airways and artificial respiration. Chest compressions help promote blood circulation by mimicking the beating of the heart; Open the airway to ensure that oxygen can enter the lungs; Artificial respiration provides oxygen to the lungs.
Main functions of the system:
▎ Simulate standard airway opening;
▎ When performing manual chest compressions:
1. The dynamic barcode indicator light displays the pressing depth: the correct pressing depth (5-6cm area) is displayed by the green light of the barcode, the insufficient pressing depth (less than 5cm) is displayed by the yellow barcode, and the pressing depth is too deep (greater than 6cm) is displayed by the red barcode indicator light. Dynamic feedback displays CPR compression depth.
2. Digital counting display; record in detail the specific reasons for pressing errors (excessive pressing force, too small pressing force, incorrect pressing position and the correct number of times).
3. Language prompts: Chinese voice prompts, providing detailed prompts on the specific reasons for compression errors so that trainers can correct them in time.
▎ When performing artificial mouth-to-mouth respiration (air blowing):
1. The dynamic barcode indicator light displays the tidal volume: the correct tidal volume (500ml~600ml-1000ml) is displayed by the barcode green light, and the insufflated tidal volume is too small or too large, respectively, by the dynamic movement of the barcode yellow or barcode red indicator light. Feedback shows tidal measurement;
2. Counting display: record the specific reasons for blowing errors in detail (according to the blowing volume is too large, the blowing force is too small, and the number of correct blowing times);
3. Language prompts: Chinese voice prompts, giving detailed instructions on the specific reasons for blowing errors so that trainers can correct them in time;
▎ Compression to artificial respiration ratio: 30:2 (single or double);
▎ Operation cycle: effective 30 compressions and 2 manual insufflations, 30:2 five-cycle CPR operation;
▎ Operating frequency: 2020 international standard: at least 100~120 times/min;
▎ Operation method: training operation; assessment operation (universal assessment, customized assessment);
▎ Operation time: measured in seconds;
▎ Language setting: You can set the language prompt and adjust the volume of the prompt; or turn off the language prompt setting;
▎Score printing: The operation results can be thermally printed into long and short transcripts;
▎ Check the pupil response: before the assessment operation and after the assessment procedure is completed, simulate the true embodiment of the automatic dynamic change process of pupils from dilation to contraction;
▎ Check the carotid artery reaction: touch and check with your hands to simulate the carotid artery automatic pulsation reaction during the compression operation; and evaluate the true manifestation of the carotid artery automatic pulsation reaction after the assessment procedure is completed;
